I really needed a rectangular table in my kitchen that would seat 6-8 people when needed.
I was tired of using table cloths and having a toddler around is dangerous because she was pulling the table cloths off and causing problems. I like being able to eat and enjoy our meals as a family and then clean up with a wet cloth and then dry the table. It's easy to clean under the table as well without anything underneath for support. My other table had a support beam underneath and it was difficult to clean under that. I love my new table that I got for Christmas the chairs for my birthday... I finally took the tags off the chairs to celebrate with the family.
